Terms of Delivery

Customer Contact Information

Important: Ensure your email address and phone number are accurate when placing an order. Incorrect contact information may prevent you from receiving delivery notifications, leading to the return of your package. In such cases, the terms and conditions for unclaimed packages will apply without further notice.


Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer or to a designated pickup point in the area.

Delivery Costs:
ReliefMedix currently offers free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Times:
Our products ship from warehouses located in the UK and China. Delivery times are largely dependent on local postal services once the package reaches the destination country.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5 PM EST
We process and ship orders only on weekdays. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delayed deliveries are not grounds for refunds or returns beyond the scope of our normal exchange and return policy.
  • Delivery times for pre-orders may differ from those listed above.
  • If a product is out of stock, we will dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.

Damaged Shipments

If tracking data shows your package was delivered but it arrived damaged, you must report the issue directly to the courier. ReliefMedix is not responsible for damaged shipments.


Stolen Shipments

If your package is stolen, please report the incident to the courier. ReliefMedix is not responsible for stolen shipments.


Parcels Sent to the Wrong Address

Ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we cannot make changes to the delivery address or any other details.

Note: ReliefMedix is not obligated to issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Unclaimed Parcels

If you wish to return a package, you must first collect it and follow our return instructions. Failure to pick up a package from the post office or refusal to accept delivery does not qualify as a valid return. Unclaimed packages are subject to our standard terms and conditions, and no refunds will be issued in these cases.


Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your shipment through our Shipping Tracking page or directly on the courier's website using the tracking code provided in the delivery confirmation email.


Returns and Refunds

For all returns or refunds, we require valid tracking information from the courier. If tracking information is unavailable, we may be unable to process your request.
